The article presents the results of experimental studies magnesia composite materials layered structure obtained from molding mixtures various densities. aim work is to synthesize and study characteristics three–layer materials. Molding were combined binders based on caustic magnesite technogenic silica-containing Specially synthesized porous aggregates liquid-glass raw used as fillers. Technological techniques horizontal vertical three-layer products have been worked out. Composite material variatropic characterized by a density 560 kg/m3, compressive strength 6.1 MPa. Durability tests carried Three-layer shown satisfactory resistance in conditions an aqueous aggressive salt environment. developed comparable physic-mechanical cost parameters with innovative block encapsulated expanded clay. low thermal conductivity material, equal 0.115 W/(m·⁰c), will ensure reduction energy costs 36.1% compared cement analogue.
